I recently purchased a 2-pack of underwear in size 100–110 (one black, one white).
While the black pair was fine, the white pair completely tore at the back after just a single gentle wash. The material appears defective/unusually thin compared to standard quality. I take proper care when washing garments, so this was surprising and disappointing.
Since this occurred right away after the first wash, I would like to request a replacement or partial refund for the defective item. I am happy to share photos of the damaged item showing the tear and fabric condition upon request.
Please let me know how we can proceed with a resolution.
