Our estimated delivery time within Delhi NCR or Suburbs is 2-3 Days and Pan India is 4-7 days. We understand the importance of receiving your order promptly, and we strive to meet and exceed your expectations.

We offer free shipping within India, ensuring that you can enjoy our eco-friendly clothing without any additional cost. Our trusted shipping partners ensure that your package is handled with care and delivered to you in a timely manner. Gift wrap facility available without any cost if requested.
International Shipping:
At this time, we only offer shipping within India. However, we are constantly exploring options to expand our reach and provide our sustainable clothing to customers around the world. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work towards this goal.
Returns:
No returns accepted for intimate/inner wear. Only size change available.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 10-day return & exchange policy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at connect@bamboologytrends.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once the product is verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 days of time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
