Bamboology Return & Refund Policy
At Bamboology, your comfort and satisfaction come first. We design sustainable, skin-friendly essentials, and we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the product is:
- Received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
- Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchange Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered:
- Panties / Boy Shorts / Briefs
- Lingerie Sets
- Doll nighty Set
- Reusable Period Underwear & Diapers

Feeding Bra
These categories are intimate wear products and cannot be resold after use or trial, ensuring safety for all customers.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues on eligible outerwear products (T-shirts, shorts, lounge, etc.).
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Only one exchange per order is permitted.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Refund Policy
Once your return is approved and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was from Bamboology’s side.
If the returned product fails quality inspection, the refund may be declined and the item will be shipped back to you.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Reverse Pickup
Bamboology will arrange a reverse pickup.
Product Care Responsibility
Returns will not be accepted if the product:
- Shows signs of use, wash, stains, perfume, or damage.
- Is missing tags or original packaging.
We request customers to try products gently and hygienically.
